These Terms of Use apply to DownloaderFor ("we", "us"), and to every page and tool on this website. By using the site you agree to them.

1. What the service does

DownloaderFor lets you save a copy of publicly available videos and audio from supported websites. We don't host videos ourselves: files are prepared on request and deleted automatically shortly after.

2. Your responsibility

• Only download content you own, content that is openly licensed, or content you have the rights holder's permission to download.
• You are responsible for how you use downloaded files and for following the terms of the website you download from and the laws of your country.
• Don't use the service to infringe copyright, to harass anyone, or to re-upload other people's work as your own.

3. Fair use of the service

To keep the service fast for everyone we limit how many downloads one visitor can make per hour, the maximum video length and file size. Automated or bulk use (bots, scripts, scraping) is not allowed. We may block access that abuses the service.

4. Copyright

We respect intellectual property. Rights holders can ask us to block a video or channel through our Copyright & DMCA page; we act on valid requests promptly and block repeat-infringing links permanently.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", free of charge, without any warranty. Websites change often and some videos may fail to download. We may change, limit or stop the service at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the service or of downloaded files.

7. Third-party sites and ads

We are not affiliated with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X or any other platform. The site shows advertising; ads are marked "Sponsored" and their content is the advertiser's responsibility.
